Ace Header has
been hard at work rebuilding our testing competion car for 2016.
The BRZ FR-S GT86
exhaust platform hasn’t changed for us but we continue to add on new bit and
gather all the information that we’ve collected to try and improve.
Last year the car
set the National Speed Record for BRZ FR-S GT86 NA with a blistering 1:54.7 lap
time over a 3.65km track. Often Forced induction cars can’t compete with these
lap times but thanks to Delicious Tuning, Racer-X and CSG we can run with the
best.
Here’s a
side-by-side qualifying video of team members. On the right is the lap record,
on the left is a 1:54.9. Evenly matched teamates and we’re looking to improve
by 2s this year.
